EVERTON RES 1-0 VILLA: Great play on the Everton right from Magaye Gueye, he cuts inside and finds Ross Barkley who places the ball into the bottom corner from the edge of the area. (28minutes)

2-1 win. Drenthe played for 63 minutes. Sounds like Gueye had a good game and Denis had some touches.

beat Sunderland 2-0. Stracq went off injured in the first half, followed by Faddy who went off knackered at half time to pick up his first week's wages from Moyes. Two late goals - an og and one for Conor McThingy who sounds like the Scottish Rooney to me though in fact he's a local lad.
