Suicide Predictor 2013/14 - Rounds 1 to 7

Post  Super on Tue 06 Aug 2013, 7:20 am

Good morning and welcome to the new season of the Suicide Predictor.

Same rules as last season, predict a team to lose and you get 1pt. If that teams wins or draws you are out until the next round. Bonus pt for the overall winner of the round.

Good luck everyone......

Week 1 Fixtures:
Liverpool v Stoke
Arsenal v Aston Villa
Norwich v Everton
Sunderland v Fulham
West Brom v Southampton
West Ham v Cardiff
Swansea v Man Utd
Crystal Palace v Spurs
Chelsea v Hull
Man City v Newcastle

Surely if the Predictor gives 1, 2 or 3 points for a correct result - the weaker teams worth 3 points - wouldn't it be consistent to offer 1-2-3 points for the Suicide comp - i.e. if you (bravely) predict Chelsea to lose (probably against a top side admittedly) shouldn't it be worth more than Hull to lose at Old Trafford?

I'm hoping to go out in the first round: Stoke City - might as well gain something from being miserable if the RS win.
