Leicester 2-2 Everton (McGeady, Naismith) FT

Post  Barry Horne's Equaliser on Mon 11 Aug 2014, 9:26 pm

It's a new season, and Big Dunc can't wait to grab Leicester by the scruff of the neck (not for the first time). Expect goals, dodgy defending, a league debut for Besic but don't expect Kone. Yes, pre season has been poor but none of that matters. 1-3 to the mighty blues (erm, I guess I really mean blacks... or whites). Lukaku with two, and Naismith with the other. Lester Piggott for them. COYB!

We are going to spank these 0-1 with a 91st minute Nais poached goal ... we'll all moan like fuck during the game & have a right bitchfest afterwards.. Kone won't figure apart from taking the tea from Edna's hatch to the dressing room at half time.

Normal service will be resumed cheers

That is what makes us Evertonians so different ,we moan before and after but get behind the team during the game. lol!
Lukaku brace in first half , taken off in second half to conserve his energy. Very Happy 0-2

Nasty little opener for our completely unprepared team. 3-0 to Leicester, Gary Lineker hat trick.

These are the games we must win

A very tight game, but we will edge it, the Goodson roar will take the players by the scruff of the neck and make em perform . Lukaku will score to start the riot.
2-1

Last time we played a game at Leicester was a 1-1 draw (20th March 2004).

Martyn
Pistone Stubbs Yobo Naysmith
Watson Gravesen Linderoth McFadden
Rooney Ferguson

What a midfield we had that day!

Get your money on a draw. In our 16 previous Premier League encounters we have a W4 D11 L1 record. Our last away win in this fixture was back in Dec 1997!

A draw wouldn't be the end of the world. Of course we hope for a win, but the first game of the season away to a newly promoted team is never easy. They will be up for it for sure.

advice needed

I have a ticket for the game. Also a lift to Leicester but not the return leg (my lift is staying overnight with family, and I need to get home).
Any ideas about getting back home after the game?
