Oumar Niasse 14

What is Martinez on? Niasse has been on a winter break since December, Niasse has had a few days training with his new team mates, Just when we need more attacking options, he tells us its dangerous to throw Niasse in a game that could end Our season.

I just don't know what Martinez is on about anymore. Must be some rather serious drugs.

He's a fucking professional athlete who has had some time off.

He hasn't been away for fucking decades.

How fit do you have to be to have a 10 minute cameo at the end of a game?

I could probably manage even that.

Not just that, but the Russian league is being played as we speak, no? Hence, he should be fully match fit.

The article says that he expects him to feature against Villa... but he's not ready to start

.. I suppose it's ok that he takes a few weeks to settle in & get his hamstrings fully ready to go ping.

...or is Martinez suggesting that he hasn't scouted properly & we have spunked 13.5M on a hopeless shithouse

Bigging him up on the OS too .. sounds like he's in line to play to me

Oumar Niasse wants to be Everton’s lucky cup charm as he eyes a Blues debut this weekend.

The Senegalese striker won the Russian Cup at former club Lokomotiv Moscow last season.

Everton face Bournemouth in the FA Cup fifth round this weekend an Niasse is already aiming high.

He told evertontv: “I don’t know a lot about the FA Cup but I know you have to win or you are out - so we have to win.

“When you are Everton you must every time think to win. Every time you play in a competition you have to make one more step higher than last year.

“I am here to win and I don’t have time to wait. When we play against Bournemouth, we must think ‘win’.”

The 25-year-old striker scored in the final of Locomotiv’s 3-1 win over Kuban Krasnodar last May, helping his side to a first trophy since 2007 (below).

New signing Oumar Niasse has had surgery on his hand recently and isn't guaranteed to make the squad. He'll be assessed in the next 48 hours.

says the BBC.

Oh for fuck's sake.

Seems it's not only hard, but actually quite dangerous trying to find that Goodison pen. The fact he managed it, despite the danger, shows a real desire. He'll be in a moment soon.

Niasse was so excited to join Everton he brought his own Pen ,unfortunately while the Ink was running dry ? Niasse fractured his Wrist, Roberto Martinez NOT really wanting to buy Niasse ,Just wanted to make a statement that Everton were linked with top players, Niasse tried to use his brain? While the pen was running out of Ink Niasse spat in the pen to make his mark, In seeing this Martinez stud on Niasses Wrist and fractured it,but, It was too late as Niasse had signed for Everton, Martinez then warned Niasse to befriend Kevin Mirralas as both will be spending most of their Everton careers on the Bench.

Far too early to tell.

Not fit and has played less than an hours footy.

Was going to go through one on one but was fouled, should have been a red card too.

Put it this way, probably going to be better than Kone!

Not a good time for Niasse, just think ? He's moved to a different country-playing in a different league and on top the fact his fitness is being questioned.
take into account there is unrest with some players & the manager, its going to take time to settle.

Knowing the kind of person Big Luke seems to be "I'm the complete striker", then I'd expect him to be pretty pissed off with the defense.
We could end up with Luke getting the golden boot, the team scoring the most goals in the premiership (only 1 short of the leader) and finishing 14th.
Then what?

He'd be closer to the complete striker if he was braver (particularly with headers). Remember in his first game against West Ham when he got injured scoring a header. We need more of that type of commitment.
