We really should sack the manager tonight. †We'd actually stand more chance of winning the Semi Final without a manager, maybe with Big Dunc nominally in charge or someone like that. †There might be a bit of a bounce, a reaction, to the change.

I can't see any reason to keep Martinez in his job. †Grow some fucking bollocks Everton, sack the cunt now.

When you have to make five or six changes you look disjointed and rusty, and we needed time to find our normal rhythm.

"We overcame that with incredible fight and determination to get a positive result. But the disappointment is when we go ahead and we don't win. We got really stretched as a squad and we found a way to compete against a good Southampton side
.

No, honestly, that's what he said, not me taking the piss. He actually did say "incredible" and he did say "a positive result".

You've got to laugh really.

Big worry that we can't raise ourselves for cup semi final. Are we really going to suddenly turn it on or are we just fooling ourselves at this stage? not sure people even care anymore while this clown is still in charge. Maybe next week we will see some sort of dressing room coup, players taking over and not letting manger squander our cup changes. Bah

Just listening to Bobby on Radio Merseyside. †He's off his fucking head. †What an embarrassment. †I've never heard anyone talk as much shit. He keeps talking about our amazing fight and spirit. Does he really believe that bollocks? What was he watching?

On a more sombre note, sounds like Coleman is out for the semi.

"Looking at our results at home, they are not anywhere near what is expected. We need to turn that around starting with understanding that the responsibility of being at Everton is to win games on a consistent basis. We haven't been producing the results and I accept the unrest."

I give up

What fucks me off is that he blames the changes to the team but most of the changes he made were bringing in players that he signed himself i.e. Mori, Foo, Kone and Besic.

Exactly. If he blames the changes then he has to admit Kone is a waste of space (no shit sherlock), that Ossie is past it (hello?), Besic is not good enough (bar is open!) and... well the £13m man couldn't even get on the pitch, so that was a fucking waste of money (kerching!).

We are now unbeaten in 3 games.

Will Naise ever be fit to play?

To be fair only 7 other teams can say that. We're like a top 8 team.

You have been phenomenal since taking over the match thread. It's clear the work you are putting in is incredible and one couldn't expect any more than that.

Shame I only have one tactic... make sure we score the same amount as the opposition.
