Agree - neither team stood out.

Not sure why Cleverly started, he really is proper shite. Runs around like a headless chicken.

Mirallas got better and better, unlucky not to score. Holgate was impressive when he came on, I really like him.

Two poor teams. Koeman has got the defence working better (in the main) but we are as clueless as ever going forward. Football isn't as hard as we are making it look.

He should be benched for that outrages silliness. Why did he feel like he had to come off the line is beyond me (or anyone I suppose).

Koeman turned down the chance to sign Joe Hart... (and Mata by the way)... we've missed the boat on available world class players.. if there are any available in January why would they sign for us?

I'd like to see Robles given a chance. Stek can pull off some great saves but he is error prone. Robles seems more dependable.

They're both not up to the standards we need.

Anyhow, we were poor against Man U.

agreed, we are making do in the goalkeeping department, lets spend 30m on a worldie, it'll help settle the back line too

Which world class keeper would join us though? Hart maybe, but is he world class?

I think he is... he makes some errors & costs the odd goal.. but EVERY keeper does that.. we should have signed him the summer when we were able to... he'll tell us to fuck off now

Alternatively he'll be happy to leave Italy and take a pay cut to get back home to England. Could probably remain in his old Manchester house as well if he were to sign for us.

fuck Hart off, in fact fuck most of the Prem League keepers off, we wouldn't be able to afford them and most are bang average.

Lets raid Spain or Germany, we'd spend the same money as in the Prem but get a better keeper.

Jan Oblack, Althetico Madrid?
Marc - something Stig - ish (can't remember his name cos its stupid), Barcelona
Manny Neuer, Bayern?

any others?
