If we can beat Liverpool on April fools day, then finishing 4th and CL footy next year is definitely on the cards.
Both this fixture and the following against Man Utd are 6 pointers.

PS. Blue Gazza you have an 'L' missing. One for the snitching committee.

True, but if another 5-6 of their better players get injured, we might only lose by a couple of goals Very Happy

Funes Mori injured too. The Shite will rip apart our mixture of old age and inexperience in defence.

I'm upping my forecast from 5-0 to 8-0.

well the back line pretty much picks itself now, and probably for the rest of the season.
The enigma which is Mirallas, maybe a time to shine with big Luke.

Macca as well.

Everton boss Ronald Koeman has arrived for his news conference and appears to have read out a prepared statement on midfielder James McCarthy, who suffered a recurrence of a hamstring injury in the warm-up for the Republic of Ireland's game against Wales last week.

It's fair to say he's not a happy man.

Koeman says: "James had an injury when he joined up and the Everton medical team notified them. Everton advised extreme caution.

"The assessment by Ireland was that it was a high-risk to play against Wales. James had a strong desire to play and said he was fit.

"In my opinion, in this instance, [the manager] was not protecting the player. Clearly James was not fit to play. He had trained for only two days and broke down."
