Will be watching the game at a local pub here in Denver with a friend who is a Shite fan. Yes, he's Norwegian. Kick-off is at 05:30.

Feeling nervous again about this one, our season can change for the better with a win, but a defeat will almost certainly leave us fighting to keep 7th place

Gonna go watch it in a bit, am in Croatia today so hoping for a good feed in one of the bars

Not like we have a choice thanks to injury, but playing the kids could go either way. Obviously I'm going to say they'll add an edge that the Shite won't be prepared for, they'll be massively up for the game and that lot won't know what hit them.

(or their inexperience could mean we get completely whitewashed)

Barkley lucky not to see red in the first half. We've been outclassed. Again. Koeman knows it, we're half a dozen players short of a decent squad. Pennington, Holgate, DC-L, even Tom Davies - none of them are ready to dominate a derby. Plus the likes of Williams, Jags and Baines look past their best, we haven't got the ammunition to make a decent fight of this.

Fairly typical Ross performance too - can't handle the pressure in the big games.

The Shite are a decent side, but they have a couple of big match-winners in Mane and Coutinho.

From BBC :
Big, big chance. Everton free-kick pumped into the box. The Liverpool line is non-existent and Ashley Williams slides to get on the end of it. If he makes better contact, Romelu Lukaku is lurking, but Simon Mignolet gathers. At the other end, Emre Can forces Joel Robles into action. Very, very watchable.

From BBC :
Wow, Ross Barkley looks like a different player compared to the first half. He appears much more relaxed, his touch is much better. Whatever Koeman has said to him, it's worked.
